BIG IDEA: A right relationship between God’s Apostles and God’s people will go hand
in hand with a right relationship to the Truth.
*Two relational contrasts:
1) How the Galatians related to Paul in the past vs. now. (v.13-16)
a. They received him sacrificially instead of rejecting him scornfully.
b. Now they treat him as an enemy for telling them the truth plainly.
2) How the false teachers relate to the Galatians vs. how Paul relates to them.
(v.17-20)
a. They flatter them so that the Galatians may make much of them.
b. Paul works for them so that Christ will be formed in them.
